tidy room comfortable bed spacious bathroom
I found my room very tidy and well-kept. The bed provided excellent comfort. I appreciated the spacious bathroom.. it included quality amenities. my stay was really nice given the hotel's reputation.
The gym equipment felt a little outdated.

The staff provided excellent assistance . The hotel features a great location, very close to the botanical gardens. I enjoyed the swimming pool. I found it very refreshing after a day of meetings.
I noticed the gym equipment was a little dated. Some machines could use an update.

helpful staff smooth check-in river view easy access
I really appreciated the excellent staff. Check-in was smooth and the staff was helpful. The room overlooked the river.. a really nice plus. The hotel location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.
The gym had limited equipment.

lovely river view!
spacious room comfortable bed scenic location
The room was spacious. i appreciated the large bathroom. the bed was super comfortable. we liked the location right along the river. It was peaceful and scenic.
The underground carpark seemed like a maze. It was not a pleasant experience.

Room service was consistently good. the on-site bar had a happy hour i found pleasant. the big tea was lovely. The hotel surprised us with a birthday treat for my husband, i am thankful for it.
