I found my room very tidy and well kept. The bed provided excellent comfort. I appreciated the spacious bathroom.. it included quality amenities. my stay was very good given the hotel's reputation.

The staff provided excellent assistance . The hotel features a great location, very close to the botanical gardens. I enjoyed the swimming pool. I found it very refreshing after a day of meetings.
I noticed the gym equipment looked a little dated. Some machines could use an update.

I really appreciated the excellent staff. Check-in was smooth and the staff was helpful. The room overlooked the river.. a really nice plus. The hotel location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.
The gym had limited equipment.

The room was spacious. i appreciated the large bathroom. the bed was super comfortable. we liked the location right along the river. It was peaceful and scenic.
The underground carpark was like a maze. It was not a pleasant experience.
